– Development and management of the Korea Research Data Platform for the Korean government
– Service of research data and analytics enviroment for researchers
ScienceON (Integration Service for Science & Technology Knowledge Infrastructure)
– Integrated service between ‘services and functions’ and ‘information and data’
– Efficient one-stop service of science and technology information such as patent, publication, R&D project, and report
AccessON (Korea Open Access Platform)
– Service of easy search and usage of open access articles from all around the world free of cost or any barrier
– Supporting researchers to publish and self-archive their open access articles for Korean journals
NTIS (National Science & Technology Information Service)
– National science and technology information portal that integrates and provides information of national R&D programs
– Awarded UN Public Award for its open service for national R&D information.
Recent Achievements / Strategic Activities
- Upgrading the research data integration and sharing platform (DataON)
- Collecting research data from Korean research institutes funded by the government
- Promoting the standardization of metadata within the DataON platform
- Co-hosting the IDW 2022 & SciDataCon in Seoul, Korea
