Objectives and activities
- Experts participation in formation of the legal foundation for development of information society and information technologies in Ukraine;
- Execution of projects intended for development of the information infrastructure and information resources for science and education;
- Development of the national Grid-infrastructure and its integration with European Grid;
- Organization of the effective system of data collection in the frame of World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development (WDC-Ukraine) including establishment of contractual relationships with the national and world data providers;
- Execution of projects including international ones on sustainable development in global and regional context;
- Development of the distance learning system and its information resources.
