The DSTS-TG was initiated during a meeting organised by Francis P. Crawley and Perihan Elif Ekmekci during the RDA 20th Plenary, Gothenburg – Research Data Alliance 10th Anniversary Plenary meeting, March 21-23, 2023. The intention was to develop digital implementation measures that would support data policies for times of crisis.
