As part of the EOSC EDEN project, we are delighted to invite you to a free webinar marking the first public release of the 30 Core Preservation Processes (CPPs), a set of essential processes that every trustworthy archive should perform. Developed by a team of digital preservation practitioners, the CPPs are based on practical experience gained over the last twenty years and reflect real workflows and immediate challenges. By providing a shared vocabulary, they support the exchange, comparison, and further development of preservation practices across organisational and disciplinary boundaries.
This webinar will introduce the 30 CPPs, explain their development and structure, and demonstrate how they can help organisations optimise their preservation workflows, increase transparency, and strengthen trustworthiness.
Date: Monday 01 December 2025
Time: 11:00-12:00 (CET)
